The South Industrial and Commercial Park, one of the largest in Schleswig-Holstein, offers optimal conditions for industrial settlement with its 110/380 kV power line, transformer station and planned H2 gas infrastructure (Heide-Kiel). The Eichhof industrial park, with its 110/380 kV power line, H2 gas infrastructure and direct A7 connection, offers optimal conditions for energy-intensive logistics. With 24-hour operation, a combined transport terminal and fiber optics, it is ideal for multimodal transport between Hamburg and Scandinavia.

The Rendsburg Port South Business Park is located close to the heavy goods port of Rendsburg Port and the Kiel Canal, which connects transatlantic shipping with the Baltic Sea. Hamburg and Denmark can be reached in an hour via the A7/A210 interchange. The area is fully developed, free of explosive ordnance and has a fiber optic connection. It is an ideal location for manufacturing and heavy-duty industries as well as logistics companies.

The inter-communal industrial zone in Borgstedtfelde is primarily of interest to traffic-intensive companies, but also to manufacturing or processing industries due to its close connection to the A7 highway. A total area of approx. 32 ha has been developed.
